小樽商科大学 インターンシップ
以下は二人からのメッセージです。
5日間という短い期間の中で多くのことを学びました。夢探の取材やプロジェクトの打ち合わせ等で社外に同行させてもらい、そこでの体験は今後社会にでるうえでの自分の考え方に大きな影響を与えることができました。得たものは沢山ありますが特に強く心に残ったのは、「失敗を恐れず前向きな姿勢を持つこと」。その姿勢が自分から前向きに事を進める自主性を生み、たとえ失敗したとしてもそこから得られる反省点は必ず次に活かすことができます。この考え方を貫いてさえいれば、自分の力量や周囲の環境すべてを向上させられます。このインターンシップで働くうえで基礎になる心構えを教わりました。本当にありがとうございました。

インターンシップで多くのことを学ぶことができましたが、一番印象に残った仕事は「夢探究プロジェクト」の取材です。取材自体は経験したことがあって戸惑うことはありませんでしたが、その人の良さや本当に言いたいことを聞き出すのにはとても苦労しました。人と接することがいかに重要で難しいのかを改めて実感することができました。自分と違うタイプの人間に出会うことで新しい価値観をみつけることができました。また仕事を単に分担する＝協力するではないんですよね。小さなことでも全員で取り組み、それをいくつも積み重ねることが協力するということだと思います。また何事にも自信を持ってすることが自分をより成長させる秘訣だと思いました。できるかどうかは関係なく、できるようになろうとする姿勢が一番大事であり基本であると思います。何もしないで後悔するのはいやですからね。まずは自分のできることを精一杯頑張り、その頑張りで新しいことにチャレンジすることが成長することであり仕事するということではないでしょうか。短い期間ではありましたが多くのことを経験させていただき本当にありがとうございました。
